Todd Rustman, a voracious reader and student, finished high school by landing a scholarship that took him out west, far from his upbringing in Missouri. He graduated from Pepperdine University in 1992 and earned his MBA in International Business and Finance from Thunderbird University. He joined Long-Term credit Bank of Japan before moving on to the institutional side at PIMCO and later becoming a portfolio manager for HNW Private Clients with Mellon Private Asset Management. After four years with Mellon, Todd founded Clarity Capital Partners in 2000.
